Changelog
Two things are released on independent cadences, so there are two changelogs. Releasing explains how each is cut.
Published packages
The npm packages follow semver, each on its own cadence, through Changesets: every change to a published package carries a changeset, and the release that consumes them prepends the summaries to the package's CHANGELOG.md. That file ships in the package and is the authoritative record of what changed for its users; the pages below render it.

Platform releases
The platform (the five container images, the catalogue's apps and the Helm chart) is released as version X.Y.Z: the images carry it as their tag on GHCR (ghcr.io/akhiljames/aletheia-{api,worker,app-runner,migrate,web}:X.Y.Z) and the chart oci://ghcr.io/akhiljames/charts/aletheia as its version. Each release has notes rendered from the commit history: features, fixes, migrations (with a warning when one is destructive) and workflow compatibility. Those notes are not published on this site yet (roadmap, "Docs").
