Function: verifyExport()

function verifyExport(text, format): Promise<ExportVerification>;

Checks an exported file against its manifest (the last line: # sha256=<hex> rows=<n> for CSV, {"_manifest":{"sha256","rows"}} for JSONL). The digest covers every byte before the manifest line, including the newline that ends the last data row, as the server hashes it.
