Function: serialiseManifest()

function serialiseManifest(spec, handles): Record<string, unknown>;

The manifest as the host reads it (AppManifest in core): JSON with JSON Schemas in place of the zod schemas, interface: 1, the secrets as { name, description? }, the actions with their limits, and handles from which handlers the app defines (webhook) and what the spec declares (webhookExternalId, handoff). Keys left undefined are omitted, so the host's defaults apply.
