Interface: HttpRequest

What ctx.http sends: an https URL on one of the manifest's hosts, with {{secret:NAME}} placeholders anywhere in the URL, the header values or a string body. Redirects are not followed; host, content-length, transfer-encoding, connection, expect and upgrade are the host's to set.
