Interface: RetryPolicy

@aletheia-dev/app-sdk: what runs inside a module. An author writes a manifest with zod schemas, the actions and the optional webhook and hand-off handlers, and defineApp turns them into the exports the host calls (manifest, invoke, handle_webhook, handoff); aletheia-app build bundles the result with extism-js into dist/app.wasm.

Nothing here may import Node modules or @aletheia-dev/core: this code runs in QuickJS.
